Installation & Implementation

Implementing Value Stream Technology applications is supported by CellFusion experts from the first day on, through-out the entire project until go-live support. Together with you, we are installing the database, importing client's master data, we are testing the imported data with you and provide advice for polishing-up whatever may be missing.

Customizing the applications according to your needs is included certainly as well as making the first steps in the new environment.

Training Support

Our experts provide training and even 'real scenario' environment set up for clients at their request. Our training provides sufficient information and knowledge transfer to run CellFusion applications alone directly after the training session. Q&A sessions a couple of weeks later complete the knowledge transfer and enable all trained personnel and management to operate Value Stream Technology applications through-out the entire value chain.

Our hotline service connects you to people who understand what you are talking about. They have experience and can take on your request and verify what the issue may be. We are available during workhours in Europe and North America, in cases of emergency even 7/24.

We can connect to your databases and systems via VPN and verify potential or actual issues. We access your test, quality assurance or production system dependent on the needs you have, and our experts guide you through the process if required. In phone conferences or if your organization provides such service with skype internet phone conferences handling issues may be removed fast.

An HTML based on-line documentation will be installed on your server, available to provide more information about applications and functionality.
